I was thinking about the stacking feature of dwm-rfigura and cpt, and maybe they can coexist, so, this way will make stack mode easier to use and flexible, and will fix the problem of the hidden clients out of the cpt range. I have not written any line of code yet. rfigura, what do you think

I have update the nmaster.c to fit with dwm-4.7.. After some time of testing I can say that the dinamic cpt is an absolutely wrong idea and I have dropped. The code has been reduced thanks to ISTILE and isarrange(). The wiki has been updated but here's the source:
