first of all: dwm uses neither Xrandr nor Xinerama, second Xinerama is
_NO_ replacement for Xrandr. third actually Xinerama is state for the
art for multihead setup

I just noticed dwm crashed every time I start a JUCE app (
www.rawmaterialsoftware.com/*juce*/).
Here is a simple patch to make it work.
