Judging by the *smell* of it I'd say it's Adobe FrameMaker, but acroread
says it's Application: XPP (whatever that is), PDF Producer: Acrobat
Distiller Server 6.0.1 for Solaris
Doesn't help much, doesn't look like LaTeX either.
