I guess being licensed since 1952 still doesn't give me the knowledge of all
of the Q signals that I hear on CW. For the last several years I have been
hearing QSLL.
I was just sitting hear listening to a K8 on 20 meter CW and after each
contact he sends back QSLL. I know what QSL means but be d
QSLL = I will QSL when I receive yours.

I first heard it used by stations in the former Sovjet Union
and I was told the meaning was I will qsl for sure.

I have always took it to mean "QSL later", or in other words, he won't
send a card until he gets yours first.
