Another QSL-related issue is buro mailings. I typically do buro QSLs once a year. If I have enough to send on my own (usually DL, I, and JA), I'll send a 1 lb. package to each of those buros (the rest going to ARRL Outgoing Service for $8/lb.) In the past, that cost $4/lb via surface parcel
