Hello ,
Has anyone ever been lucky with VU2BGS' QSL? This guy is quite active
on 160 and many hams need his QSL as the only VU worked on TB.
According to russian DX reflectors no single UA has ever seen his
QSL. Wonder what about the rest of the world?

Ragnar,
of course I meant direct QSLing. Many UA hams report sending him
envelopes directly 3-4 times without response. Looks like another one
$$$ collector. Just to let you know if anyone needs his QSL.
