our minds on DX while Cycle 24 warms up (if it ever does)... I should live long
enough to see major DX like Cycle 23 in the late 90s and early 2000's using a

Not to worry. A "Massive Solar Storm Czar" has just been appointed , and
with a budget of 400b$ is about to launch a comprehensive study.
