It's not a matter of who accepts LoTW it's a matter of whom the ARRL shares
the data with. At this point it is no one.

It would be IDEAL if the LOTW database were able to be queried by various award
organizations, or at least have the system generate a report applicable for an
award.
I have uploaded a lot of the logs I have to LOTW. I am already getting folks
that use eQSL asking me to do the same there. Wher
