http://www.qth.com/dxshack/ . Perhaps you find a valid email address on his
page.
On his webpage he says that all QSLs for XW0X with 2 IRCs are returned the
next day.
I'm waiting over months now.

number of SLIM operations in late December and early January, which is making a few of
