10/08/2002: Jim GM4CHX. NH40 Ornsay. Due to the very poor propagation Jim
has cancelled any plans to return to Ornsay tomorrow. He will go back to the

Tips for beginning DXers:
1. If your needed new ones are not showing up, you should sleep at other
times. That is, u likely have worked the DX that arrives at ur station
during the times u are awake and/or available to operate. To expand your
DXCC total, u are going to have to be on the air
I gave a club talk on beginners' DX tips. It's available as a pdf at
http://www.w2li.org
and is about 800k in size. You are all welcome to use it as needed
for your own talks. It isn't all-inclusive, but I did get to talk for
an hour to a VERY attentive club group.

I have a bunch of the old IRCs (pre-2002, the 'small green ones') for sale. They're
all Airmail, and all correctly stamped. And, per the UPU, they're good 'indefinitely'
as noted in some other posts on these reflectors.
