Roger, WA0ETE, QSL manager for V31KQ, informs me that the callsign V31KQ
is not presently active and recent operations on 15m CW are the work of
a PIRATE.
The only valid dates for operation from V31KQ in 2002 were from 24 April
to 02 May. At present, there are no firm plans to return to V31

Roger, WA0ETE, QSL manager for V31KQ reports receiving numerous QSL card
requests for operations outside of their operating dates of 23 April to
2 May, 2002. Any operations outside of these dates are most likely the
work of PIRATES, as the callsign V31KQ has not been reissued. There are
no
V31, Belize - Hugh/K0GHK and Roger/WA0ETE will be returning to Ambergis Caye
(NA-073) April 23-May 2 using the callsign V31KQ. Look for them on both SSB and
