I was on RTTY, PSK, and SSB from 4U1ITU on February 2-4, 2001. I was not the 4U1ITU operator in the RTTY contest. I returned to Washington, DC and participated in the contest from 4U1WB at the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. I would think the operator in the RTTY contest was the club's station manager.
According to the 4U1ITU station rules (see the club's website http://life.itu.int/radioclub/), its QSL information is only - via: Bureau or IARC, P.O.Box 6, CH-1211 Geneva 20, Switzerland.
