Hello, For those that have not visited the DX-Central website for a while (www.dx-central.com) there have been a few enhancements made over the last couple of weeks.
I have recently added a "membership" area that will allow you to have a more personal visitor experience. By creating an account, you are now able to filter DX Spots by band, mode (CW & SSB), continent of spot origin or any combination of the above. I think many will find this a nice feature. It is now possible to instantly tell which spots are new. This feature is available to anyone, either with or without an account. Simply look for the horizontal bar between spots. Any spot above the bar is new since the last refresh (past minute). No more having to memorize which spot you were looking at. If you just can't get enough spots, you can now have them emailed to you. By creating an account, you can have DX-Central send you a report of spots you request. Simply go to the "Email Alerts" section (in My Account) and choose which countries you want to be notified about. DX-Central will send you updates every 1, 3, 6 or 24 hours. No more having to "lookup" spots to see operating patterns, they come right to your email inbox. There are other things in the works. Hopefully you will find these enhancements useful.
