I.C.P.O. (Islands, Castles & Portable Operations) Update 12/26/2002: Ken, WA8REI/p, is planning to activate a Lake Huron lighthouse December 26th and/or December 27th. Ken says "most likely Port Sanilac (Lake Huron), Michigan (USA-651) and Harbor Beach, Michigan (USA-365)". Operation will be on 20 meters, between 19:00 - 24:00 UTC each day, both SSB (14.270 MHz +/-) and CW (14.030 - 14.050 MHz).
