Pretty obvious the alleged P5/YT1AD appearance was Slim, but what is the story on what happened when YT1AD had his meeting with the P5 "licensing authorities" or did not the meeting take place?

The operation P5/YT1AD on 12-20-01 after 01Z on 10m and 12m CW appears to
be the work of slim. Add one more to pirate DXCC.
