I believe that the following operations were counters:
9U5AV September 1980 (not sure)
4U9U around October 1994
9U5D Feb. 2000 (not sure)
Best bet would be to contact Bill Moore at the DXCC

Hi Karl-Heinz,
Baldur's operation in
Karl,
I think most contacts from about October 1, 1994 until October 1, 1997 are
no good for DXCC at ARRL.
There is one exception. Contacts with 4U9U during this time period are OK.
The first legit operation after this period was 9U5D starting in October 1999.
