I believe there's some confusion between Honor Roll and DXCC listings.
Honor Roll (based on current Entities only) is published in QST every
summer. The deadline for submissions was March 31, and I presume we
will see the list in August QST, as was the case last year.
The band and mode DXCC listings (current plus deleted Entities)
appear each spring in the DXCC Year Book, based on a submission
deadline of Sept 30.
