Hi to all of you here on DX-news reflector !!!
Just half hour a go I talk with OC Hrane -YT1AD > They are all OK & have in hand all
needed documentation & permition's > EXCEPT the permition for transmit by Amateur
Radio. This & last one permition they need (if everything will be ok ) THEY will
receive in monday 11.03.2002.
They dont have transimted at all by now , so all of P5/YT1AD signin by now (some of
you work them ) where PIRATES !!!
Stay tuned for comming news & cross fingers that they will Operate!
