Hotkeys not functional in non-latin keyboard layout

enabled and working fine. Now the hibernate option is missing. I

Even if my battery goes down to 1% the icon still does not indicate its
at a critical stage. This is an extremely important bug that should be
tackled before the release. At many occasions my phone turned off
because I was not aware that the battery was going low.

Gnome-Panel crashed after
This is not fixed for me
Also on Asus EEE PC with Intel Atom
everything up to date (30. September) and unity is unusable due to slowness.
Just hovering over a launcher icon takes 3 seconds to show the hint
compiz is at 100% cpu for these 3 seconds

Confirmed. I notice this is still happening with the latest saucy images
on netbooks. Generally everything works fine until you open the dash.
And then you have *minutes* of waiting.
In the past we thought this was due to graphics load. But I think more
likely is the simple issue that netbooks
Invalid for Mir, BTW. This is a very old bug. Probably a duplicate.
We've been aware of Unity doing this on netbooks for some years.

Public bug reported:
Scrolling by moving my finger over the far-right of the touchpad is no
longer working on my Dell 1420. I was not sure which package to put it
under so please reassign as necessary. It works just fine if I log in to
lxde so it appears to me to be a Unity problem.
