On a fresh install of ubuntu 13.04 64-bit on asus u32v the mouse cursor
is flickering. Moreover, in Displays, there are 2 screens instead of
one.
This workaround has helped and probably can lead to deeper understanding
this bug:
The hibernate option appear in the power menu, but after two or three
times that hibernate my ultrabook (Asus Zenbook ux51vz) when i turn on
the pc, the pc restart and i lose the previuos state of the hibrenation.
This problem is very irritating and i hope that can be fix soon. Thanks

Here is the behaviour I observe:
-If I select Invisible status in Empathy the status actually changes
to Busy in Empathy, however the Message Menu also changes to Busy.

Similar issue here, although I think the cause is different.
See attached screenshot.
1) The menu shows estimating... even though the battery is present and charged.
Furthermore, none of the other devices have useful information.
2) Note that the menu icon is for a mouse, not a battery.

This laptop has a logitech unified receiver attached. There are multiple
mice and keyboards because the receiver is reporting all registered
devices, even if unavailable.

i have encountered this bug almost with all the applications, if my
window is snapped to the left side or the right side of ths screen and i
snap that to top of screen, the system freezes. otherwise application
must fill screen when snapped to top.

Gnome even removed the minimize-button. Many want to make the PC more
like Android and eliminate the difference between close and minimize.
After close the state is preserved in memory for quick reopen. We see
