Hello,
Its great that you want to review the changes. But why do you require
them to be uploaded to bugzilla? Why do you not just retrieve them from

Have to agree. Would love to see this feature. My workflow uses windows,
I tend to not care which application they belong to. I just want to see
the recent list of windows I've interacted with. Sure you can enable the
static switcher, but that's jarring and flickery.

I can reproduce this problem on Ubuntu 13.10, Unity 7.1.2:
- Add new shortcut by pressing [+], name: test, command: gedit
- Assing keys to Alt+Ctrl+1 - Try it - Does not work
- Log out - Log in - Works.
Same with editing the 'test'
- Change command to 'nautilus', try Alt+Ctrl+1 - Does not work -
For some reason after updating to 13.10 I was still on the
3.8.0-30.44-generic kernel, I updated to the 3.11.0-12-generic kernel
about a month ago and since then I haven't been able to reproduce this
problem. So the problem seems to have gone away. Is it possible to mark
this as closed?

Tahr is missing the gear on the Unity Panel top right now.
To shutdown I have to do a terminal sudo halt.
For Systems Settings I do a BFB systems settings.
I've been updating daily. Let me try again.

Is this the AMD64 daily, or the i386? AMD64 from today has the gear in
place (10 login cycles), I haven't checked i386 yet.

I just upgraded to 13.10 today and have the same issue. This wasn't a
problem with 13.04. Running `gsettings set org.gnome.settings-

You may be on to something.
I've been getting this problem and I too run dual monitors with only the
launcher on the left hand display rather than the default on both screens.
