I had this problem, and also had another problem related with the use of UTF-8
in my filesystem. I didn't think there was a link between both, but solving the
second problem solved the first.
My system was not using UTF-8 even if my etc/defaul/locale said so.

So this probably won't go into 14.04. It is a pitty - I think that
losing the ability to drag and drop from one place to the other (and
to/from file roller in particular) is a massive productivity loss (at

anything. It's poorly commented, I couldn't find documentation or someone

I have one of the new Lenovo T440 ultrabooks, which has an internal
battery, and an extra external slice battery. When the external battery
depletes, the internal battery takes over, but indicator-power always
shows the dead battery as the active battery in the panel.
Well let's approach this logically, scientifically, sensibly, and
reasonably.
We have an easy opportunity to add a choice, to have the option or
not. But we are choosing not to have a choice.
The whole point of Ubuntu and free software is to be better than
commercial, to actually have the best
Will this fix find its way into Ubuntu 13.10 eventually?
