Hi, when I wrote for example ubuntu-bug unity-webapps and then want to
go back, it is slow. I push left arrow then for few seconds, remove

This also just affected me.
Possibly-relevant detail from my environment: If I explicitly lock the
screen and then also wait for a lock timeout, I somehow end up with two
lock screens -- I unlock the machine, I can interact with the desktop
for a few seconds, and then a second lock screen pops

After today performing a system update from 13.10 [previously updated
cca 1mo ago], my account with UID has disappeared from lightdm.
/etc/login.defs, /etc/adduser.conf and /etc/lightdm/users.conf have all
been configured to treat users with minimum UID
Re-assigning to accountsservice as this is the service that lightdm
queries as to which users to show. Correct, we did change lightdm to
honour the SystemAccount flag which is what has caused this problem for
you.
