I was developing a script based on inotify that would use very short-
lived onscreen notifications. Turns out I can't, at least not with
notify-send; I spent some time trying to debug my script before thinking
it might be a bug elsewhere.
This needs fixing either by:
- making osd-notify honour

I had similar problem (unable to unlock icon from launcher and rearrange
them). I found a workaround in

. After removing ~/.local/share/zeitgeist with all subdirs I had to
restart computer. After this I could unlock icon from

Title:
HUD doen't search in bookmarks in firefox anymore
I see this exact same thing in Ubuntu 14.04, with no other rendering or
otherwise problems. Is there anything I can do to fix it? It's really an
eyesore.
