Public bug reported:
Bluetooth indicator is shown two times in the panel. After disabling
bluetooth in System - Settings, there is still one indicator being
shown. Should this come from some ubuntu-touch bluetooth package? I have
also ubuntu8 installed.
ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu
Ok, I've tested it myself in the same other Xfce session.
monsta@xubuntu:~$ echo $XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP
XFCE
monsta@xubuntu:~$ echo $DESKTOP_SESSION
xfce
So it's clear that the condition in indicator-application source code should be
changed.

can't remember when, but I've hit this bug before, probably a shader
issue and it has been fixed in nouveau for a while now.

I'm using two screens and I've found that usually this blocks on one
screen first, and if I move the mouse to the other screen, it's not
blocked on that screen. But if I move the mouse between the screens
again it blocks. Both screens will be blocked after I lock the screen
after the one screen

Thanks for looking at this. It's 100% consistent for me, on two very
different devices, so I'm surprised that everyone else is having such
trouble reproducing it.
Perhaps the cursors are the problem, and the pointer is more pointy than
expected, after the upgrade?
I wanted to attach screenshots
OK, here's a little video from my phone showing the menu disappearing
and reappearing as the cursor goes over it.

There may be more than issue here. But the suggestion that the Large
Text option is causeing the issue seems promising for my case. The
option gets flipped on when I change the fonts, e.g. via ubuntu-tweak or
dconf and presumably is at the cause of the exponential increase in font
size.
