With an horizontal resolution of 1024, the overlay is not display.
I took a screenshot of the overlay to see how it would look in 1024x768, and it
doesn't fit horizontally, even with workspaces disabled.

Wow. Well I changed the -UnityDecoration-extents value from '28px 0 0 0'
to '28px 10px 10px 10px'. This is obviously too big.
