Drag and drop from Dash to Desktop doesn't

Webapps fail to install using the popup window in Firefox.
When installed manually using apt-get, the webapps opens a blank page
when launched.
example for the Twitter webapp when launched from terminal:

I thought this had been fixed because i stopped observing it, but now
it's happening again.
So, either this was fixed and then broken again (unlikely), or more
likely this is intermittent, perhaps triggered by some particular event.
This should have very high priority, as it renders any laptop

Same issue here. If I close Chrome, CPU on hud-service drops, but memory
doesn't reclaim.
