I am experiencing exactly the same behaviour with Suspend from the menu
and automatically suspending resuming normally.
I do not have a sleep button, though running 'sudo pm-suspend' results
in a glitchy launcher on resume.
I first noticed the unity launcher glitching issue when I attached suspen
