I can relate to #38, having exactly the same setup with the same hassle. Why
not simply add the functionality to set the Unity top bar in the screen
settings. There is an option for the Launcher Position (either Screen A or B or
both) why not the same for Unity?

Maybe this can split into several bug reports, since there could be
several causes for the single points.
Personally I can confirm point 3). I will further explain the problem.
My setup is a one portrait monitor (1920x1080) and one landscape

For repeated alarms, it would be nice to have a "skip this time" option.
(Exactly for the case that I'm actually awake. But if it's periodic
alarm, I might not want to turn the alarm off as I might want it next
time.)
But getting this right in the UI sounds non-trivial.
