Sure. See the attached photo for the charging battery and two dumps:
when charging (and showing the wrong time left) and discharging (and
showing the correct time left).

The power indicator shows time left to charge being 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 or
Time left unknown instead of the real duration.
The time left on battery power is correctly computed. When I remove the
power, it takes a little bit until it switches from the wrong duration
