because it must be rebuilt for Python 3.5, but it is failing for

I'm de-duping this because the X server *should* be choosing Gallium 0.4
on SVGA3D, which it does on older xorg-server versions in Trusty. A
recent update broke this. Targetting xorg-server and I will update it
with some version numbers.
