[Dx-packages] [Bug 1302745] [NEW] Shut Down option in power cog menu brings up log out dialog

Public bug reported: Clicking the Shut Down option in the power cog menu brings up the log out dialog after a recent partial upgrade. As such, it is no longer possible to shut down the machine through the GUI; a workaround is to manually call sudo shutdown now -P in the terminal. ProblemType:
