Today is the first day I experience this. Window snapping has always
worked perfectly on this machine.
When snapping windows to the right side of the screen using either mouse
or keyboard, any application's windows are not resized to fill up the
screen to the right completely

to reproduce this? I tried, and I could open the menu just fine. Both in
maximized and non-maximized window mode...
