and have indicator-power loading them in priority.

Fallback to unity-2d fails on unsupported
It's partially fixed.
This works now when using media keys for volume up and down (the reported value
by the notification is the correct one). It is not fixed when using
indicator-sound itself:

itself, not session-migration but using session-migration.
however, there is another bug needed to hook session-migration into
upstart so that session-migration works
