Yes, I attached an image now. A gray line appears under the title bar.
It disappears after 1 second.

1 - Open any non-maximized window, for example Files app.
2 - Minimize it.
3 - Raise from the launcher.
Under the title bar, a gray line appears for a while, like a scratch.
Also it may occur when opening a new window. It can be annoying because
of it happens all the time.
