The developers of the icon theme mentioned something about icon size,
and indeed:
In the range 30 -> 48
Current size: 36
Sizes that render normal icons: 30, 32, 40, 46, 48
Sizes that render normal icons but crenelated area borders: 38

When connecting my external monitor (Dell U2713H, 1920x1080) via HDMI,
all elements on the screen scale properly, except for the icons in the
launcher which display a bit garbled/blurry (don't know what is the
appropriate term in English, see attachment). Icons show normal on
