Hibernate option is
I've submitted a merge request: https://code.launchpad.net/~jefferyto

Would it be helpful to submit one for Saucy as well, even though it's
already released? I imagine any Saucy users wanting to enable hibernate
will need to find this information somehow.

While investigating bug 1232814, I found that if I killed indicator-
session-service (and let it respawn automatically) after login, the
Restart option will be (correctly) hidden.
