On build 60 I have an unusual bug where I can't scroll up and down in
the app scope unless I expand a scope (e.g. Installed apps or More
Suggestions). If I reduce the scope to only show two lines, I can't
scroll the overall scope up and down, if I expand a sub-scope (e.g.
Oops, I added this as affecting messaging-menu, but I meant messaging-
app. I am not sure if this bug does affect visibility in the messaging
menu though.

I have also noticed that when I start StackBrowser, I get a manifest
error, but it still tries to show a window, and then when I go back to
the home scope it seems stuck also (without locking the phone).
