does not take an action on a notification appearing "in normal use",
the bubble will disappear smoothly after a timeout of 3 seconds. This

The use of blue to indicate 'unread' and 'missed' communications was not
understood, 7/11 participants failed to interpret the meaning of blue.

@rsalveti - According to the current indicators specs, the charge level
should be visually supported through the different states of the battery
indicator icon (i.e. 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%,100% battery charged) in the
status bar
I experienced this bug twice but after the second time I haven't been
able to reproduce it.
