After an update of Wily before 14/12 Unity Tweak Tool didn't start, but
after installation of these packages Unity Tweak Tool started OK.
Installed the following packages:
libunity-webapps0 (2.5.0~+15.10.20151002-0ubuntu1)
qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-web-plugin (0.23+16.04.20151204-0ubuntu1)
unity-webapp
Unity Tweak Tool required unity-webapps-service to start.
unity-webapps-service wasn't possible to install as there was a dependency
on libunity9:i386. However libunity9:i386 wasn't possible to install as the
version was different from the installed libunity9.
I fixed the problem by downloading the

This happened when I tried to install unity-webapps-service after a
forced an upgrade to Wily with sudo do-release-upgrade -d
