Bug description:
  I'm getting the following error on trunk when running

  ./configure --enable-documentation=yes --enable-opengles-20=yes
  --enable-tests=yes --enable-debug=yes

  ...
  checking for IBUS... yes
  checking for GEIS... no
  ./configure: line 17183: CHECK_GTEST: command not found
  configure: WARNING: you are missing google-test, apt-get install libgtest-dev
  checking gmock/gmock.h usability... yes
  ...

  That's despite gtest being installed at the latest version.
