it is valid that none of it's options work, but as Omer said, the
functionality to set date/time isn't correct.

- When trying to change date or time from t he datetime indicator the
- clock or calendar app don't open, neither do the indicator settings.

indicator datetime is not supposed to do that, rather clicking its
entries should take us to the clock app to be able to set time.
