Yes, that's it. Sadly, we don't have a UI for removing webapps from the
messaging menu yet.
As a workaround, you can change the key in dconf editor and restart the
messaging menu service with `killall indicator-messages-service` (or
logging out).

This seems to correspond to different entries, one of them being a
Google News entry created while you were logged to the aysiakini.com
domain (in Google Apps for your domain).
