Launcher: some new installed app-icons couldn't be removed or moved

Bug description:
after installing an app with software-center, it adds an icon to the launcher
and if i try to move that icon it seems to hang and doesn't finish the move
action.
choosing the remove from starter entry in right-click menu doesn't have any
effect too.
