Public bug reported: Sometimes, the Unity launcher / dash will not reactivate (return to its default state) after the Expo plugin has finished (as in, a workspace has been selected, so the desktop zooms back in). The icons on the launcher will remain greyed out (or desaturated, rather). Windows on the desktop are all functional, however any interaction with the launcher, dash or indicators with the mouse (left clicks) will cause the Expo plugin to activate again.
Pressing Alt (for HUD), Alt-tab (window switcher), or Start/super (open dash), will return the launcher back to its normal active state. Going back into Expo and then back to a desktop can fix it sometimes too. This has been an issue for a couple of releases now (currently 15.04). I have not found a reliable way to reproduce it, however, here's my setup: * Normal Ubuntu Unity desktop * Latest nvidia driver from Ubuntu repository (currently nvidia-346) * Workspaces enabled in a 3x2 configuration * Expo activation bound to mouse to top right of screen. * Single monitor, 1920x1200, GTX560Ti 1Gb I haven't noticed a pattern to this yet, seems fairly random, however an inconvenience when it does happen. ** Affects: compiz-plugins-main (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of DX Packages, which is subscribed to compiz-plugins-main in Ubuntu.
