Just move into the country field and change the prefix to K. I suspect that
they'd have to make a program change to make it automatically realize the
KG4xx is Gitmo but KG4xxx (3 letter suffix) is continental US. (I'm using
5.03, that's what I do, your mileage may vary).

The 706, 706MKII, and 706MKIIG all have different default addresses. They
can be changed in the rig menu. I'm not sure how DX4WIN handles this, but
you should be aware in case it helps you solve your challenge.

I have attempted to attach the above radio to my laptop and have had
