I have read the filter rules and still a little unsure:
I want to set up a voice alert for particular callsigns, but only on the

Select the radio as Kenwood, and the baud rate should be fixed at 4800.
Ensure that DTR and RTS are high, as they likely provide the power to your
level converter. I highly suspect that this is your problem.

Anyone else using a 756 p2 /pw-1 on dx4win?
If you are, what is your method of setup? I using the CT17 CI-V interface
with 756 on port 1 and PW1 on port 2...
I see the freq on DX4Win switch back and forth from 20M to 23cm continuously
in the band cell in the software. Ocassionally my rotator
