[Dx4win] Internet / Cluster - Telnet selection setup

Hi Can I have DX4Win save the address Telnet connection? Would like to be cluster on startup. I realize I connected to the internet. Oh and I noticed if one isn't setup when box comes up with message -> No this point and dx4win via task-manager
