Not sure if this is a good answer but my method is to open REPORTS>DXCC>LISTING. That shows my countries CONFIRMED, those I have MAILED cards to, and those I have WORKED without sending a card yet. That tells me what cards I need to send or follow up on to get the country confirmed that I don
