[Dx4win] Another Issue with Kenwood in 7.03.16

Hi Paul, Steve, Gang, Here's another issue I discovered today with the 7.03.16 version that worked properly with 7.02. It is in the same area - when I am on a VFO and click on a spot with a split the split occurs normally and all appears well. However if I then click on a spot that is not a split

Luckily, my submission was fairly small, so I just ran the "Card in hand" version first, then the "LOTW and CARD" version second (after clearing all the submission flags). I saved both lists and imported into Excel and manually marked the ones I had cards only for and compiled that list. Later I

I agree A nice way to do this is as follows. When i want to make a submission i must have an option to give priority to Lotw or to cards in hand. Still better a second option box to make selection lotw only or cards only. Now the dx4win submit the older qso or something like that. It doesn't help
